all round excellent - unexpectedly large room free mini bar (mainly soft drinks save one beer) very comfortable bed and interesting art deco design - - we got upgraded when we asked for non smoking the staff were friendly - there language skills a little ropey but they tried - if you want a hotel that is centrally located in Macau and has a buzz then check in here

Great Hotel in the city center

It's the second time we stayed at the Lisboa and we loved it again. They gave us a nice big room, in a high floor, they have free Wi-Fi and they have Hermes toilettres. The rooms, although kitsch and a bit tacky are awesome. Part of the charm. We'll definitely stay there again.
The restaurant Guincho a Galera is one of the best portuguese restaurants I've ever been too. And that includes a few restaurants in Portugal.

Got 3rd degree burn from the steam head.
"Art Deco" style decoration, best french, best portugal restauranti

Got 3rd degree burn from the fancy steam facility in the bath room. There wasn't warning sign or instruction, and the housekeeping who helped to set it on didn't warn about the overheat steamer that is unavoidable when you use the bath. The on duty manager saw the server wound didn't provide any compensation but the ice cube. That alone ruin my whole stay.

Free High speed Internet. Shopping areas. Close to several large Casino hotels.

Clean room. Free High Speed Internet & mini bar provided. Reception on 1st floor. Although consider a five star hotel, the lobby is small. No chairs or sofa for guest to sit. Have difficulties to find the Main tower & East wing as the corridor was surrounded by shops.
Not suitable for family as the ground floor has many super model walking around. However, great location for shoppers & quick walk across to Wynn, Star world, & MGM casinos.
