Luxury, lots activities for all family members Shoping within the hotel complex, great room & food, convenient transport & nice staff. 9,3 there's free shuttle to almost everywhere in macau. lots activities for all family members within the hotel complex such as casino, spa, shopping mall, etc. very friendly & helpful staff. would love to stay here again

Shoping within the hotel complex, great room & food, convenient transport & nice staff. 10 Very easy to get to hotel as there is non-stop free shuttle bus from airport and ferry terminal as soon as you step out. For a luxury resort with not only Casino but a fully integrated resort,the room rate is in fact acceptable compared to normal 5-star city hotel. Check-in and out, baggage service, shopping are great. No free shuttle bus to Senado Square but there is just across the street in CITY OF DREAMS, which is another great place to explore!

Huge rooms, great food, friendly staff. 9 It was great except that the rooms, though big (no, huge) were a bit old (not good since there are so many other newer hotels in the vicinity). They also do not offer free net (and its an expensive hotel). But shopping wise, Venetian's grand canal shoppe is the place to go to.

Took a while to get transferred to new room. Apart from initial hicup it was an enjoy stay

Unforgetable experience at venetian macau Large room, great hotel design, best shopping experience! 8,7 Here for celebrating our 2nd anniversary, the hotel was super huge, and the design is so beautiful.. Dont forget to always bring your hotel map with you to avoid getting lost. The staff were great, we arrived at the hotel at 11am (before check-in time) and they let us check-in early . The concierge staff were also great. Shopping in venetian was fun also, and you must try the gondola!
