convenient location. a bit over priced

the hotel is very centrally located for sightseeing in paris. close to the louvre, seine at pont neuf, shopping, restaurants etc. it is a small boutique hotel so limited amenities. i had a classic room which was a little small but had all the amenties. small but functional bathroom and great bed. the breakfast was continental but plentiful and the service throughout the hotel excellent. this is a very modern hotel in an old renovated building so some rooms are very quirky in the shape and windows are small. my main issue was the air conditioning. the room had its own controls but they did nothing and the room was far too warm and became stuffy very quickly. even in october. i think i would upgrade to a higher standard of room next time but only if i could guarantee the air conditioning worked.

Great location

Fantastic location and very quiet rooms

Really liked this little hotel. Felt welcomed and the service was good. Breakfast got a little busy around 9.00 but it really wasn't that big a problem. Room was large and clean. Shower very powerful. I'd stay again.
Hotel Feature Tip: Room 313 ( Brune) was very nice.

Location is adjacent to Louvru museum and close to almost all tourist spots with in 3 km radius. Staff are very friendly and helpful in helping us to settle down and in locating the various places to visit . Rooms are clean and of reasonable size and housekeeping was good. Beak fast was the best part. Staff were very hospitable. Fresh juices and wide variet of bakeries were good. It was a real value for money

One of the best rooms we stayed in Europe. Very large and tidy and super fast wifi internet we've experienced anywhere in Europe. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The location of the hotel is a stone throw away from the metro and shops and virtually 3 minutes from the Louvre, so it is nice and easy to just jump on the metro to get anywhere. There are also shopping nearby on Rue Riviole if you are that way inclined. Highly recommend this modern and clean hotel. Only con about it is the sound proof for the rooms aren't as good as you would expect for such a lovely hotel

Great hotel, staff and location

We had a room above the restaurant, facing the steet. It was large and very nicely furnished. Mini-bar, flat screen TV, great bed, contemporary look and feel. The bathroom was also large and well appointed. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous. One block from the Louvre, 2 blocks from Pont Neuf, 10 minutes walk to the Latin Quarter and 12 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Metro station one block away. All in all this was a great find and we will stay here the next time we are in Paris.
Restaurant Tip: Fellini's is an excellent Italian restaurant just steps from the entrance to the hotel.

nice hotel in a perfect location

we found the location perfect. The hotel has an underground floor in which the rooms has less nicer view.. We got an upgraded room in the -1 floor. It was a bit disappointing in the beginning but finally we had a great time. the room had a perfect size, big washing room.

Unfortunately the airco was not working in my room so it was extremely warm, but other than that the hotel and the location is something I can absolutely recommend!

Would recommend this hotel. Undergoing renovations but rooms newly renovated, modern and very clean. Rooms also good size by Paris standards. Great staff and great location.

I was given a room on the basement with wallpaint scrapes. Absolutely no view and a bit eerie. Room size is decent though. Huge bathroom although very basic. Not worth the price the hotel is charging...
