Price, location, modern accommodation 9 The outside of the iStay Precinct isn't the most attractive building but the accommodation is clean, modern and generously sized! We had a 2 bedroom appartment which was beautiful and had comfortable beds, a large balcony and kitchen and laundry facilities. It had a nice view over the city and a large park and was walking distance to Rundle Mall for shopping and dining. The apartment was secure and safe as there are multiple access points where you must use your card to gain access. On top of this, the hotel is very cheap and great value for money. The only downside is that some taxi drivers find it hard to locate as apparantly it has changed names a couple of times?

I've stayed in many around the area and this is one of the best, especially if you require laundry and kitchen facilities.

Comfort in down town Adelaide Despite their bland external appearance these apartments were spacious, glamorous and well-equipped for self-catering, with TV, internet and air-conditioning all of a high standard. 8,7 The best part of this apartment, apart from its proximity by foot to all the major attractions of central Adelaide, including the many restaurants and shops of Chinatown, was the comfortable and stylish ‘living’ area, quite separate from the bedroom. That made this hotel ideal for more than one person—it really is like a small flat and would be very suitable for a long-term stay. This was genuine value for money.
