Ken H. Parovi Australia, 12. svibnja 2013.	Receptionist ruined our stay view, pool, location 5,7 A very negative receptionist made our stay less enjoyable. My wife and I had booked in this hotel for the first time to enjoy some time away in the city. I had booked through agoda in my name, however my wife was paying for the room with her credit card and was happy to put down a $150 bond. The receptionist told us that we had to show identification for the person that had booked the room and we kindly explained that I had left my wallet at home , so would need my wife to show her identification. This seemed to throw the receptionist into a panic and she had to leave the counter several times to ask another employee what to do. I was asked four times did I have any identification and made to feel dodgy despite showing my agoda account,Booking number and some fuel cards with my name on them. After we had finally been allowed to stay . we were told that we could not park our car securely as there were no carparks available, despite a number of carparks appearing to be vacant. We later discovered the TV would not work and called reception for assistance, only to be told that maybe later the receptionist would come up and see if she could fix it and had we turned it on. Later in the evening I went to go to bed and stood on a fork that someone had left on the ground next to the bed :( My wife and I have travelled all around the world and have never found a receptionist with worse people skills then at this hotel.

Central, clean hotel but parking is not cheap Location, self catering and location to nearby restaurants and shops 6,3 It was a good choice for location and parking. it was not obvious from the Agoda booking site that the parking was not included in the tariff. We saw a guest taking issue with the fact that the person who makes the hotel booking must be the person who checks in. Another woman was very perturbed that she had paid for parking but there were no parking spots left available.

Small Room and NO proper baby cot! good location 6,3 the room was very small and only had 1 bathroom to be shared among 4 adults. they did not provide a proper baby cot! it was a foldable playpen with a hard wooden plank for a base at the bottom, NO MATTRESS. when asked how they expected a baby to lie on a hard wooden surface, they merely said they did not provide mattresses and my baby could lie on a blanket (which was quite thin)! apparently we were the first guests to give such feedback. they said they would look into the matter but nothing was done even until we checked out.

Nice view but was not enough to fresh Great location, nice pool and city view 6,7 It was nice and friendly staf, but when we arrived our room, the air is not fresh. Even though we opened all day long. When we came back the room, It smelled still not good. I thought it was empty for a long time. If i come back to Brisbane, maybe i wont go to the hotel again!
